Trial and billing

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your free trial is 14 days, or 30 if another vendor invited you. You only add a card when you subscribe.

What is founder pricing?

The first 50 vendors pay $14/month, locked in for as long as they stay subscribed, and get the future Shop tier (team logins, eBay and TCGplayer sync, consignment) at no extra cost. After that, the price is $22/month.

If I subscribe during my trial, do I lose the free days?

No. Your first charge waits until your trial ends. If two days or fewer are left, billing starts when you subscribe.

Why do I subscribe on the website and not in the app?

Subscriptions are handled here on our website, with secure checkout by Stripe. The app never asks for payment.

How do I cancel?

Open Your account and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime.

What happens when my trial ends?

The app pauses until you subscribe here on the website. Your backed-up data stays in your account.

How do invites work?

Share your invite link from your account. The vendor you invite gets 30 days free, and when they make their first payment you get a month free.

The app

Where do the prices come from?

TCGplayer market prices via JustTCG, adjusted for the condition you pick (NM, LP, MP, HP or DMG). You always set the final price.

Which games does it cover?

Live prices cover Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and One Piece. Sports cards and anything else can be added by hand at your own price. Japanese and Chinese card prices and graded slab prices are on the roadmap.

Can I change the 80% buy rate?

Yes. Set your default buy % and trade %, then adjust either one on any deal.

Can customers see my costs?

Not in privacy mode. One tap on the eye hides cost and profit, and the customer summary is built to be shown.

Can I bring my current inventory?

Yes. Import it from Excel or CSV.

Can I take card payments with it?

It records every payment method, including card fees, so your profit is accurate. Tap to Pay is on the roadmap.

Does it work on iPad or Android?

Yes, in the browser. The web app works on iPad, Android phones and computers, and stays in sync with your iPhone. The iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store.

Can my staff use it?

Team logins are coming with the Shop tier. Founders get it at no extra cost.

Data and privacy

What happens if I lose my phone?

Your data is backed up to your account. Log in on your new iPhone to restore it.

Do you track me on this website?

No. There are no ads, analytics, trackers or cookies. The site only keeps you logged in, using your browser’s storage. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, in the app or on your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes it and your cloud backup. If you have a subscription, cancel it under Manage subscription first, because deleting your account doesn’t stop billing.
